Deeply cultivate the formulation of standards: five core regulations to build a solid technical benchmark in the industry

Over the years, Sany Construction has continued to make efforts in the field of construction industrialization standards, leading or participating in the compilation of more than 10 group standards (all issued by the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association), which have become the "compass" of industry technology implementation, including:

T/CECS 579-2019 "Technical Specifications for Assembling Integral Reinforced Reinforcement Welded Mesh Superimposed Concrete Structures": Focusing on the core of the structure, with innovative welded mesh superimposing technology, laying a solid foundation for the "structural safety" of prefabricated buildings;

T/CECS 832-2021 "Technical Regulations for Waterproofing Underground Engineering of Assembled Integral Superimposed Concrete Structures": Solve the waterproofing problems of underground engineering, fill the gap in the waterproofing standards of prefabricated underground structures, and further strengthen the full-scene coverage of the "safety" dimension;


T/CECS 1180-2022 "Construction and Quality Acceptance Regulations for Assembled Integral Laminated Concrete Structures": Establish a whole chain specification from the construction process to quality control, so that the "strict reference standard" becomes the "safety valve" of the quality of the prefabricated building;

T/CECS 1075-2022 "Evaluation Standards for Green Construction of Prefabricated Buildings": Establish a green benchmark for prefabricated buildings, and provide an authoritative yardstick for the "green, low-carbon" and "sustainable development" of prefabricated buildings with a full-cycle and multi-dimensional scientific evaluation system. Fill the gap in green performance evaluation from building materials production to building demolition and recycling, so that "green evidence can be relied upon", and inject core driving force into the industry to achieve the "double carbon" goal.

T/CECS 1581-2024 "Collaborative Management Standard for Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization": Closely follow industry trends, deeply integrate "intelligent construction" and "industrialization", and provide a standardized landing path for the "green wisdom" dimension.

T/CECS 2008-2025 "Design Guidelines for Highly Adaptable Industrialized Housing": Focusing on the sustainable adaptability of residential space, systematic design guidelines are established from variable house type, space compatibility to performance improvement, giving "spatial flexibility" and "technical forward-looking" to industrial housing, so that the building can calmly respond to changes in family structure and functional needs upgrades throughout the life cycle.
