Recently, the 2025 Science and Technology Innovation Investment Conference and the Golden Bull Award for Listed Companies (Jinxinpi Award) award ceremony hosted by China Securities News were held in Anhui, and Sany Renewable Energy won the "Jinxinpi Award" of this year's Golden Bull Award for its outstanding performance in information disclosure and investor relations management. Previously, at the 2025 High-quality Development Forum of Listed Companies jointly sponsored by China Securities News and the Nantong Municipal People's Government, Mr. Zhou Likai, secretary of the board of directors of the company, won the "Golden Bull Board Secretary Award".

Since its establishment in 1999, the Golden Bull Award for Listed Companies has become one of the most credible and influential authoritative awards in China's capital market with its strict implementation of the principles of justice, fairness and openness and respect for the development law of the asset management industry. Since its listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 2022, Sany Renewable Energy has won multiple awards in the "Golden Bull Award" series for three consecutive years.

In addition, in the latest selection of "2025 Best Practice Cases of Boards of Listed Companies" released by the China Association of Listed Companies, Sany Renewable Energy was successfully selected as a "Best Practice Case" with its sound board operation mechanism, scientific strategic decision-making and risk supervision system.
