Because the site was muddy, the service vehicle could not enter the site at all, so he used the electric welding machine on the construction site, and the SR485 was the forward-lying model, so he had to stand on a 2-meter-high drill bucket to weld. The crack is cut with a cutting torch before welding. He said that in order not to deform the mast, the vertical weld must be cut on the track first, welded and polished, and then cut the other two sides, otherwise the weight of the upper mast will compress the cut seam and cause the mast to deform. According to him, each seam must be welded three times, one layer is primed, single-sided welded, the inside is formed, and the outer layer is covered: no slag inclusion; No undercut; There are no welding defects, so it is considered qualified.
