In the Sany Construction PC factory, intelligent equipment runs efficiently, robots automatically lay molds, automatically oil and scribe, automatically flip components, intelligent embedding, binding and detection, and in the future, they will replace manpower and promote the transformation of the traditional construction industry. Deputy Director Ding Sheng said: It is hoped that Sany Construction can create "standardization, three-dimensionalization, and factoryization" of prefabricated buildings by continuously improving equipment operation efficiency, automation level, intelligence level and industrial Internet networking level in the construction industrialization sector, and realize the unmanned PC manufacturing as soon as possible.
Xu Wenhao, general manager of Sany Construction Marketing Company, introduced Sany Construction Engineering with the mission of "industrializing construction" and "treating construction as a product and construction as manufacturing". "Sany fully prefabricated prefabricated building system" SPCS adopts the structural technology system of "cavity lap plus post-pouring, and mold pouring nodes" to realize the main structure of "full prefabrication of walls, columns, beams and plates, full assembly above ground and underground", solve the pain points of structural safety, water leakage and high cost, and achieve the goal of better, faster and cheaper.
In the Sany Construction PC factory, Ma Yunfei, vice president of the Architectural Design and Research Institute, accompanied Deputy Director Ding Sheng and his delegation to visit the SPCS model house, and through the explanation of the model house, he introduced in detail the characteristics of good apparent quality, no plastering, light weight, and large size of the S components, so that everyone could personally feel the advantages of strong cavity fault tolerance and simple installation at the SPCS construction site.
Li Tao, director of Sany Construction Construction Intelligence Headquarters, introduced the SPCS construction technique to everyone, and a large number of SPCS components produced for the SPCS demonstration project on the spot more intuitively reflected the intelligent construction method of prefabricated buildings "workshop floor slabs, ground 'fighting' high-rise buildings".
Mr. Xu Wenhao introduced the whole process of PC component production from automatic cleaning of the mold table - robot cloth mold - automatic oiling and scribing - automatic and precise delivery of steel bars - intelligent embedding, binding and testing - high-precision production and transportation of concrete - intelligent mold vibration - flipping and closing - stacking and maintenance - demolding and transportation. Through the digital technology innovation and application of industrial flow and management flow, Sany Construction can reduce the number of labor by 50%, shorten the cycle time by 50%, and increase production capacity by 40%, greatly improving the industrialization level of PC component prefabrication and helping the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.
