From the beginning of its establishment, the goal of Guangdong Sanhe Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. is very clear: not to be a small and narrow hoisting company, but to continue to cultivate the large-tonnage market, break through the circle, and do difficult but correct things.

Q: Why do you need to buy a large tonnage equipment?
A: At the beginning of this year, we bought a SAC4500, and after using it, we feel that this car is very suitable for the civilian market, with a high delivery rate and a low failure rate. But with only this large tonnage, it is relatively simple to do things, and sometimes it is a little powerless when it needs to be lifted. In the long run, the company will definitely not have one car to use, so it wants to add another large tonnage.

Q: Why did you choose this SAC6500T7?
A: We definitely want to advance, first of all, we consider this SAC6500T7, it is the best performance in the same type of products, the body is not too high, and the speed of collecting and supporting the car is very fast. The counterweight has three working conditions: front, middle and rear, the front section is 6.8m, the middle section is 7.8m, and the rear section is 8.8m, and the site applicability is very strong.

Q: Is it expensive to operate?
A: I'll do the math for you, let's say there is a job, 450 tons need 120 tons of counterweight to do it, then 650 tons with 80 tons of counterweight will do. Compared with other products of the same tonnage, other vehicles generally need five flatbed transportation counterweights, so this 650 only needs four to be enough, which is equivalent to saving a flatbed car, and the single transportation cost is directly saved by 2000 yuan, and the operating cost is ideal.

Q: What has it done so far?
A: Less than three days after it came back, it had two jobs. One is a steel box girder that crosses the river in the western suburbs, weighing 60 tons, and there is basically no pressure to dry. One is to carry out the disassembly and assembly of a railway bridge in the third bureau of China Railway, a total of 3 beams, each piece is close to 120 tons, we brought 130 tons of counterweight is enough to meet the working conditions of the site, the actual hoisting process only took less than an hour, it was easy to take it down.

Q: What are your expectations for the future?
A: The scope of application of 650 tons is very broad, and we will continue to put 450 tons and 650 tons into bridge erection, tower crane disassembly, steel structure installation and other projects. Next year, Sanhe will continue to develop large-tonnage cranes, enrich our equipment spectrum, and safely serve the infrastructure construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
