Recently, in an offshore wind farm in southern Vietnam, with the precise docking of the last wind turbine blade, the wind turbine hoisting work was successfully completed.
The wind farm has a total of 25 wind turbines with a rated power of 5.0MW. There are 6 Sany tracks on sitecraneParticipating in the lifting, two of SCC12500A undertake the main crane task, which is also the first debut of SCC12500A aircraft in the "double sea" (overseas and offshore).

This time, the SCC12500A adopts HJDBC working conditions, with an arm length of 126 meters, a working radius of 16-32.5 meters, and a lifting height of about 100 meters. The unit has high power and the cabin is heavy. When hoisting the engine room, the lifting weight (including spreader) is about 180 tons.
SCC12500A fixed on ordinary floating barges, construction personnel usually rely on speedboats for travel.
Although the barge is surrounded by deep piles, anchor chains, and cables to assist in positioning and fixing, compared with other platforms, the impact of wind and waves on this floating barge is still huge, and the unstability of the platform greatly increases the difficulty of hoisting.
SCC12500A arrived at the wind farm at the end of July and must be completed by October, according to the construction party's requirements. However, it is the rainy season, rain or shine. People-oriented, safety-oriented, once the wind and waves are strong, all operations have to be suspended, and each work node becomes extremely tense.
In order to ensure the smooth hoisting of each wind turbine, Sany specially arranged service engineers to be stationed at the site, from crane customs clearance, installation, testing, to hoisting on the wind farm project, they left early and returned late, followed up the whole process, supported the whole process, and did not dare to neglect at all. It lasted more than two months, and with the full cooperation of all parties, 25 fans were successfully installed.
On October 17, a grand completion ceremony was held here.
