The Sanmenxia City Cuihan Ecological Corridor Demonstration Project (Cuihan Avenue Road Project) project is the main road of Sanmenxia City, connecting Shaanzhou District, Central Business District and Lakeside District, which is of great significance for improving the road network of Sanmenxia New Area, improving the surrounding traffic environment, strengthening regional exchanges, expanding the urban framework, promoting social and economic development, better serving production, life and ecological layout, and building an inter-provincial regional central city.

The starting point of the project is located at the east end of Shaanzhou Road, Shaanzhou District, intersects with the planned Wentang Road to the east, crosses the Longhai Railway under the frame bridge on the south side of Xicun Village, and then crosses the mountains, sets up Chongqiu No. 1 and No. 2 tunnels, crosses the Canglong Jian River on the south side of Xinqiao Village, crosses with the Canglong Avenue (S245 Provincial Highway) under construction, crosses the nine planned roads along the planned road line of the central business district to the east and Yingbin Road, Daling South Road and Zhangwan North Road, crosses the Huozhuoyang Ditch on the south side of Shangchendong Village, and crosses the planned Sanyu Railway on the south side of Chensongpo Village. After planning the realignment of the Longhai Railway, the Lianhuo Expressway and the Zhengxi High-speed Railway, a turning curve is set up to the west, and a viaduct is set up to cross Xihejia Village, Qinglongjian River and connect with Dongshan Road to reach the end point of the project.

The main line and Shaanzhou Avenue connection part set up interchange, the length of the main line of the route is 11.96km, the total length of the route is 11.96km, covering an area of about 993 acres, the design standard is the main road of the city (with highway function), the design speed is 50 km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 27-60 meters. The estimated total investment of the project is 3.027 billion yuan. The project has started construction with a construction period of 30 months and will be completed and opened to traffic in October 2022.
