120 sets of Sany equipment helped the construction of the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway

With a total length of 480 kilometers and a total project value of US$3.8 billion, the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway is the largest infrastructure project in Kenya since independence in 1963*8,981. When completed, it will reduce the one-way travel time from Mombasa, Kenya's largest port city of *8981 to Nairobi, *8983, from more than 10 hours to 4 hours.

As a major partner of CCCG*8981, a total of 120 Sany equipment are active in the project site, and the pumping equipment undertakes the production, transportation and pumping tasks of concrete, and crawler cranes, truck cranes, excavators, road rollers and other equipment undertake other hoisting and earthmoving work.

In the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway, the progress of the project is the customer's *8981 as an indicator of concern. This requires Sany service engineers to follow up in a timely manner, and the equipment can be maintained and maintained in a timely manner. Therefore, Sany sent a special service team of 5 people and 2 vehicles to the construction site to provide 24-hour uninterrupted service, and at the same time set up 2 parts warehouses at the construction site to provide guarantee for the project with a full range of quality services.

In this project, *8981 big challenge came from the local rocks. This rock has the characteristics of volcanic stone, which has a high hardness, and increases the wear and tear of equipment, especially pump trucks, mixer trucks and mixing plants, many times over. In response to this problem, Sany specially designed and developed a thickened pump truck S pipe for the project, and the service personnel took periodic inspection of the pipeline and used all 5S pipelines to ensure that the pipelines were normal during construction.

By the end of the completion of the main construction of the project, there was no shutdown failure of Sany equipment, ensuring the successful completion of the main construction of the project. Due to their excellent work, Sany service personnel won the title of "* show after-sales service worker" in the 2015 Mombasa-Nairobi Railway Engineering After-sales Personnel Commendation Conference, and customers unanimously recognized Sany equipment as "less failure rate, high equipment utilization, good service timeliness, strong skills, and good personnel cooperation".
