Shanghai Municipal and Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Management) Commissions, Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development:

The "Letter on the Application of Gemdale Group's Juyuan Community Project in Shanghai Jiading New Town as a Pilot Project for the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development", "Letter on Recommending Foshan Shunde Fengtong Garden and Other Projects as National Intelligent Construction Pilot Projects" (Yuejian Shi Han [2021] No. 56), and "Instructions on Recommending Chongqing Meihao Talent and Other Three Projects as Pilot Projects of Intelligent Construction of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" (Yu Jian Han [2021] No. 71) were received. After study, the reply is as follows:

1. It is agreed to list the 05-02 plot project of JDC1-0402 unit of Juyuan Community, Jiading New Town, Shanghai, the Fengtong Garden project in Shunde, Foshan, one of the plots west of Nanping Road, Beijiao Town, Shunde, Foshan, the general contracting (EPC) project of public housing and its ancillary projects in Changzhen, Shenzhen, and the Chongqing Beautiful Talent Project, the Greenland Xinli Qiuyuetai Project, and the Vanke Four Seasons Flower City Phase III Project as pilot projects of our intelligent construction.

2. To carry out the pilot work of intelligent construction, it is necessary to thoroughly implement the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Other Departments on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Construction Industrialization" (Jian Shi [2020] No. 60), focus on the high-quality development of the construction industry, take digitalization and intelligent upgrading as the driving force, innovate and break through relevant core technologies, increase the application of intelligent construction in all aspects of engineering construction, improve the quality and safety, efficiency and quality of the project, and explore a set of replicable and promotable intelligent construction development models and implementation experience as soon as possible.

3. Your committee (office) should earnestly strengthen organizational leadership, improve the work mechanism, implement work responsibilities, and urge relevant units to follow the pilot goals and key tasks specified in the pilot plan, step up the promotion of the pilot work, and summarize experience and practices in a timely manner.
