Construction performance description:

In December 2018 and May 2020, the XJ450 workover rig used by the customer was transformed, and the integrated control system of Sany Petroleum Driller was used to integrate and match the two-story automatic pipe arrangement system, hydraulic station, iron driller, hydraulic elevator, pneumatic slip and hydraulic catwalk and other automation equipment for the two teams, which realized the automatic construction function of the string, greatly improved the work efficiency of the site, reduced the operation intensity of the construction personnel, and reduced the cost of the wellhead operators. By the end of 2020, the two sets of equipment have reached 2,220 hours and 2,300 hours respectively, implemented 18 on-site operations, lifted and lowered more than 210,000 columns, and reached a speed of 35 columns/hour.
