30.24GW！ Hebei Province's 2022 wind power and photovoltaic development and construction plan announced!

Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Matters Related to the Development and Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in 2022", which pointed out that in 2022, cities in Hebei Province plan to arrange 5.24GW of guaranteed wind and solar scale, 10GW of marketization, and 15GW of reserves in 2022.

The "Notice" mentions that for centralized wind power and photovoltaic projects, the declaration of guaranteed grid-connected projects should meet the conditions for grid access and consumption of the project, and the energy storage devices for the southern and northern power grid projects shall be configured according to not less than 10% and 15% of the project capacity respectively, and the continuous energy storage time shall not be less than 2 hours.

Encourage all cities to give priority to supporting project development enterprises that have been reduced or cancelled due to the impact of land use policies, and give priority to such enterprises in the carry-over scale.

In terms of time limit requirements: from the date of inclusion of the project in the annual construction plan, the pre-approval of land use can be obtained within 5 months and the approval or filing can be completed, and the approval document of the provincial government construction land can be obtained within 12 months and the construction will be started. Wind power projects should be completed and connected to the grid at full capacity by December 31, 2024, and photovoltaic projects should be completed and connected to the grid at full capacity by June 30, 2024.
