Recently, Guizhou Bijie released the "14th Five-Year Plan" for new energy development.

The "Planning" points out the development goals, vigorously develops wind power and photovoltaics, and implements the "wind and solar multiplication plan"; play the role of hydropower regulation based on pumped storage; High-quality development of biomass energy and geothermal energy according to local conditions. By the end of 2025, the installed capacity of new energy will exceed 20.14 million kilowatts, accounting for more than 53%. Among them, by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the installed capacity of wind power in Bijie City will reach more than 5.906 million kilowatts, and the new installed capacity will be more than 3.991 million kilowatts, and by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the installed capacity of photovoltaic power in Bijie City will reach more than 15.952 million kilowatts, and the new installed capacity will be more than 12.607 million kilowatts.

In the key tasks, it is pointed out that large-scale centralized photovoltaic and wind power bases should be built in areas with good resource endowments in Bijie City. Starting from the construction of Weining and Dafang million kilowatt new energy bases, we will actively explore the development of pumped storage power stations and the green hydrogen industry, make every effort to build new energy base construction, give full play to the key supporting role of large-scale construction in promoting the decline of electricity prices and industrial upgrading, support the construction of parity and low-cost photovoltaic and wind power bases, enhance the market advantages of new energy power generation with large-scale advantages, and continue to enhance the industrial competitiveness and attractiveness of Bijie City.

The total scale of photovoltaic and wind power bases is 39.575 million kilowatts, of which the total scale of photovoltaic bases is 30.28 million kilowatts and the total scale of wind power bases is 9.315 million kilowatts, and the total scale of photovoltaic and wind power construction in the 14th Five-Year Plan is 16.598 million kilowatts, of which 12.607 million kilowatts are photovoltaic and 3.991 million kilowatts are wind power construction.
