Announcement on the results of the competition and selection of distributed wind power and distributed photovoltaic projects in Bayannur City in 2022

In accordance with the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing <分散式风电项目开发建设暂行管理办法>and Distribution" (Guoneng Fa Xinneng [2018] No. 30) and the "Notice of the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Printing and Distributing <内蒙古自治区分散式风电、分布式光伏发电项目三年行动计划>(2021-2023)" (Neineng Xinneng Zi [2021] No. 338) and related policy requirements, our committee entrusted Inner Mongolia Hengrui New Energy Co., Ltd. to prepare a competitive allocation optimization work plan, and in line with the principles of openness, fairness, justice and honesty, A selection expert group was formed to organize the relevant optimization work.

According to the selection opinions submitted by the expert group of Inner Mongolia Hengrui New Energy Co., Ltd., with the consent of the party group of the committee, the competition and optimization project is now closedwill be publicized.

If the owners participating in the evaluation of the distributed wind power project and distributed photovoltaic project have doubts about the evaluation results, they shall submit a written challenge before the expiration of the publicity period of the selection results, and the Bayannur Development and Reform Commission shall make a written reply within seven working days after receiving the written challenge from the project owner.
