Polaris Wind Power Grid News: A few days ago, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of Provincial Key Projects in 2023". According to the notice, with the consent of the provincial government, 1,580 provincial key projects will be determined in 2023, with a total investment of 4.09 trillion yuan and an annual planned investment of 648 billion yuan.

In addition, the provincial preparatory key projects include the Lianjiang offshore wind farm project. It is reported that the installed capacity of the Lianjiang offshore wind farm is 700MW, and the quoted electricity price was once lower than 2 cents.
The planned site of the second phase of the Zhangpu Liuao Offshore Wind Farm is located in the offshore waters on the southeast side of the Zhangpu Liuao Peninsula, with a total installed capacity of 400MW.
On January 6, the bidding results of the 300MW wind turbine and tower equipment procurement project of the second phase of the Zhangpu Liuao Offshore Wind Farm Project were announced. Dongfang Electric won the bid for 100MW, and Goldwind won the bid for 200MW.
On January 28, the Fujian Development and Reform Commission issued the "Reply to the Approval of the Approval of the Pingtan Offshore Wind Farm Project", changing the construction scale of the Pingtan offshore wind farm project from 100 MW to 111 MW.
Ningde Xiapu Offshore Wind Farm Area B Project is located in the offshore area in the southeast of the Sibei Islands in Xiapu County, Ningde City, with a planned installed capacity of 300MW.
The testing base project is specifically located on the Jiangyin Peninsula in Fuqing, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan and a construction period of 3 years. Among them, the onshore testing center covers an area of 200 acres with an investment of about 800 million yuan; The supporting test wind farm is preliminarily designed with 41 turbines and an investment of about 3.2 billion yuan. The 26 MW full-scale ground test platform and 150-meter blade test platform of the testing center can carry out the world's largest capacity wind turbine and the longest size blade test, and the test technical capability indicators will comprehensively surpass similar laboratories in advanced countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Denmark.
