4,005,000 kilowatts! Guangxi released the first batch of wind and solar project construction list in 2023

Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the "Notice on the Construction Plan of the First Batch of New Energy Projects in 2023". According to the notice, a total of 32 projects will be included in the first batch of new energy project construction plans in 2023, with a total installed capacity of 4.005 million kilowatts. Among them, there are 28 onshore wind power projects with an installed capacity of 3.605 million kilowatts.

At the same time, the projects included in the construction plan must be carried out as soon as possible, and from the date of the release of the construction plan, the wind power project is required to be declared and approved within 9 months, and the full capacity is completed and put into operation within three years.

In addition, the projects included in this plan must be equipped with a certain proportion of energy storage facilities or purchase a corresponding proportion of shared energy storage services. Onshore wind power and centralized photovoltaic power generation projects are allocated 20% and 10% of the installed capacity, respectively. The performance of the main equipment of the new energy storage shall comply with the relevant national standards and specifications, and in principle, the continuous charging and discharging time shall not be less than 2 hours under the rated power. The energy storage facilities must be put into operation simultaneously with the power generation project, and if the shared energy storage service is purchased, the service time shall be from the diary of the project being connected to the grid.
