Nationally, a total of 12 provinces have an operating rate of more than 70%. Among them, Anhui, Jiangxi and Zhejiang ranked among the top three in the country with 80.19%, 74.98% and 74.06% respectively. In the first half of this year, Anhui had the first operating rate in the country for five consecutive months.
