Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Qinghua Energy Group Sany Group entered the field of green energy

On May 15, Sany Group and China Qinghua Energy Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and make use of their respective resources and technological advantages. At the signing site, Liang Wengen, chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, and Huo Qinghua, chairman of China Qinghua Energy Group, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, and Zhou Xiushan, General Manager of China Qinghua Energy Inner Mongolia Group, attended the signing ceremony and held a discussion.

In response to the signing, Liang Wengen said that the cooperation with China Qinghua Energy Group can enable the two sides to open up a broader situation in the field of coal chemical industry. As a country with a shortage of oil and gas, coal chemical projects can provide China with a large amount of green and clean energy.

Coal chemical industry refers to the process of using coal as raw material and converting coal into gases, liquid and solid fuels and chemicals through chemical processing, which is also commonly referred to as a "coal-to-gas" project. This area has received strong support from the State.

On April 23, 2014, the General Office of the State Council forwarded the notice issued by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) on Several Opinions on Ensuring a Long-term Mechanism for Stable Supply of Natural Gas. According to the requirements of this notice, China will establish a long-term mechanism to ensure the stable supply of natural gas, increase natural gas supply, and strive to reach 420 billion cubic meters of natural gas supply capacity by 2020, compared with 167.6 billion cubic meters in 2013. Industry users believe that the huge domestic market demand for natural gas will surely promote the rapid development of the coal-to-gas industry.
