According to the data, LNG is liquefied natural gas, which is a high-quality new energy that has been well-known to the public in recent years. The energy is colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, high calorific value, stable combustion, clean and environmentally friendly. Due to technical and fuel supply reasons, it is only used in a small amount in the field of automobiles and foreign transportation vessels. Sany is the first company to introduce LNG into the field of construction machinery.

As early as 2011, Sany decided that LNG new energy products would be the direction of the future market, and began the development of LNG mixer trucks. In September 2012, after the first LNG mixer truck rolled off the production line, it took the company more than a year to upgrade the technology before it was officially launched to the market. On the one hand, the price of LNG mixer trucks is more expensive than diesel vehicles, and for purchasers, although they will save money in the process of use, the initial purchase cost will be higher. On the other hand, although the pace of construction of LNG refueling stations has been rapid, there is still a gap compared to the convenience of refueling gasoline or diesel.

In this regard, Zhou Wanchun, vice president of Sany Heavy Industry, said that the added value brought by LNG mixer trucks to customers will be much higher than their purchase costs, and they have already considered the problem of difficult refueling.

In 2013, the long-awaited "Sany Shengneng Equipment Co., Ltd." came into being, specializing in the transportation and construction of new energy-related supporting equipment. On the day of the launch of the product this year, Sany signed an agreement with CNOOC Gas and Power Group to solve the problem of gas difficulties for customers through "tripartite cooperation". Liu Pengfei, deputy general manager of CNOOC Gas & Power Group's Transportation New Energy Division, said: "Wherever Sany's mixer truck goes, CNOOC's gas will go. ”

According to the national plan, by 2020, 12,000 vehicle natural gas filling stations will be built across the country, and at that time, refueling will become as convenient as refueling.
