Housing industrialization: towards a new era of construction industry

In February 2016, the State Council's "Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" proposed to make the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings reach 30%. At the beginning of 2016, a number of key projects of Sany Construction Engineering in Kunshan, Beijing, Shanghai, Wenshan and other places have been started one after another, further optimizing the domestic industrial layout and accelerating structural adjustment. In particular, in February, Sany Construction Kunshan Industrial Park, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan, was officially signed and settled and put into operation in the middle of the year. Sany Construction's internationalization journey is also full of highlights. Intelligent manufacturing: Sany Internet of Things continues to heat up

Under the third wave of the Internet, Sany's outstanding achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing have aroused a new round of high focus. On November 6, the mainstream media of nine major countries, namely People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily, China Daily, China National Radio, China Radio International, CCTV and China News Service, focused on Sany Intelligent Manufacturing. After visiting the "smart workshop", the nine mainstream media said that Sany Heavy Industry is the pride of "China's intelligent manufacturing".

Sany's "Internet of Things", which has been deployed for many years, also continues to heat up. In addition to actively creating and upgrading intelligent products and services, Sany has further strengthened the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the fields of "flexible production, integrated platform, and extended services", grasped the core connotation of intelligent manufacturing, and seized the opportunity in "concept implementation" and "practical benefits".

In the eyes of Wang Zhiwei, an engineer of the process informatization headquarters, the highlight of Sany Intelligent Manufacturing *5655 in 2016 is undoubtedly the project of "improving efficiency and reducing costs" of Sany Heavy Lifting Welding Robot. This pilot demonstration project of intelligent integrated application integrates advanced software and hardware technology and information technology, with a total investment of more than 7 million yuan. According to his estimates, through the use of various new automation equipment, the production efficiency of the entire intelligent manufacturing workshop has increased by more than 20%.

At the China Industrial Internet Summit Forum, Liu Guoliang, chairman of Xingbang Heavy Industries, the first important customer of Tree Root Internet, was full of praise for this platform. In his view, Sany's industrial big data processing and cloud computing technology capabilities accumulated over the years provide a good solution for the upgrading of China's manufacturing enterprises.
