A few days ago, Hunan held a provincial highway work conference. This year, more than 300 kilometers of Hunan Expressway will be completed and opened to traffic, and projects such as Yilou, Yongji, Yuewang, Yanru and Dayue Dongting Lake Bridge will be completed and opened to traffic.

In 2017, the province's expressway construction ensured the completion of 28 billion yuan of construction investment, built Yilou, Yongji, Yuewang, Yanru, Dayue Dongting Lake Bridge and other projects, and strived to complete Zhangsang, Wujing 2 projects, completed more than 300 kilometers of traffic mileage, and started the second phase of the Tanshao overhaul project. Ensure the completion of the preliminary work of Anxiang to Cili, Jingzhou to Liping, Qidong to Changning, Jiangbei to Ganshan, Pingjiang to Wushi, Wushi to Yiyang, Ningxiang to Shaoshan, Chenglingji Expressway and other projects, and strive to start construction of Shanghai-Kunming double line, Xinning to Baicang, Zhijiang to Tongren, Guanzhuang to Xinhua and other projects.

In terms of expressway operation and management, toll collection according to the actual route will be fully implemented before March 1. Promote the construction of the "Internet + Expressway" platform, complete the construction of the non-stop mobile payment project, and achieve the goal of "40% of the non-stop mobile payment in the toll lanes and non-cash payment in all MTC toll lanes". Accelerate the construction of ETC customer service centers, and build public travel information service ports in service areas on the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway and G55 Erguang Expressway, and further improve the public travel information service system.
