SANY Heavy Industry SY245H medium-sized excavator products

SY245H is a 24T mine hydraulic excavator built by Sany Heavy Machinery to improve customer benefits, and is designed for small and medium-sized mines under heavy load conditions. It has five characteristics, including "excellent performance, ultra-long life, ultra-low maintenance cost, strong adaptability to working conditions, and ultra-easy management".

Using the "positive flow" system and the "E-P-V" engine-pump-valve control technology independently developed by Sany, the efficiency and fuel consumption are the first in the industry, and the fuel consumption is reduced by 10% under the premise of consistent efficiency. Strong power, smooth handling, fully qualified for heavy mine working conditions.

Relying on the domestic "trinity" construction machinery development and test system and the domestic *5655 field test site (area of 300 acres). Through the triple test system of CAE analysis, bench test and durability test, the product reliability is comprehensively verified and guaranteed. High-strength structural parts that can withstand harsh working conditions, through harsh tests and verification, the reliability of the whole machine is greatly improved. The operating life of SY245H in mining conditions exceeds 15000H, which is 20% higher than that of ordinary excavators.

Through international advanced methods such as structural parts optimization design, stress testing, durability testing, 100% UT flaw detection and two-axis fatigue testing of key parts, the life of key structural parts is comprehensively improved, and the failure rate of 15000H is controlled within 5%. Relying on the durability test system of excavator parts, and cooperating with internationally renowned research institutions, we carry out research on the life of parts to comprehensively improve the life of core components, and increase the life of pumps, valves, cylinders, reducers and other components by 1 times.

Medium excavator market outlook

The 24-ton excavator is the main force in the construction of small and medium-sized mines, and has a key role in connecting the top and the bottom. This model is widely used in special working conditions such as dredging rivers, subways, roads, mines, etc., and also extends to road rescue, building demolition, forestry logging and other fields. Dynamic optimization control technology: For different operating conditions, each gear and mode work in the engine *5654 fuel consumption area and the main pump high volumetric efficiency area to achieve *5654 matching between the engine and the main pump. Through the actual measurement of the mine, compared with the same tonnage excavator, the efficiency of the same gear can be increased by 9%, and the fuel consumption can be reduced by 13%.

Excavator remote control technology: Sany has successfully developed an excavator with a remote control stereo vision system, and for the first time in the industry, through binocular 3D, 360-degree panoramic image, audio wireless transmission, and follow-up system, the remote control room operation is the same visual effect as the original cab. SY215 remote-controlled excavator has been delivered to the armed police traffic force for use, and participated in the "2016 National Highway Traffic Military-Civilian Joint Emergency Drill" held in Mianyang, Sichuan Province in September 16, which has been reported by CCTV and China Armed Police Network many times. SY365 remote control excavator has been delivered to Luoyang Tungsten Mine in Henan Province in August 2016 and officially put into use.

Excavator unmanned operation precision construction technology: 3D technology: obtain the bucket position coordinates through GPS satellite positioning, and guide the excavation or modeling work according to the 3D design drawing of the excavator imported in advance. The excavator can move and excavate at will in the site, without being limited by the direction and attitude of the excavator, and realize automated operation; RTK technology is applied to the excavator to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy. Closed-loop control is carried out according to attitude information and load pressure to achieve accurate calculation of tooth tip position. Two innovations: first, RTK technology is applied to excavators to achieve centimeter-level spatial positioning; The second is to realize closed-loop control according to attitude information and load pressure, and realize the accurate calculation of the position of the tooth tip.
