At three o'clock in the afternoon, the event officially began. Mr. Zhang Hui, Vice President of China Telecom Guangzhou Branch, delivered a speech at the conference, in which Mr. Zhang proposed that Guangzhou Telecom and the Internet + Ecological Base are willing to further strengthen external connections with a more open mind and help customers and partners develop, transform and upgrade. Subsequently, Lanchao, general manager of China Telecom's innovation incubation southern base, introduced the construction of the telecom business ecosystem in the era of the Internet of Things: in the future, the southern base will rely on the superior resources and brands of telecommunications, focus on partners in the whole value chain of the Internet of Things, open cooperation, and build a new ecological venture capital platform for value creation and value sharing.

Then, the meeting also arranged an exclusive session for the members of the "Industrial New Power Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Alliance": Quan Quan, executive vice president of CR Run Accelerated Entrepreneurship Accelerator, introduced the background and mission of the alliance to the participants, and signed new members.
