On June 10, the large and medium-sized repair project of the southern section of Gu'an, Hebei Province of National Highway 106 began. The project is 14.8 kilometers long, and Beijing Minnan Long Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. undertakes the transformation of this project section. In recent years, Minnan Long Company has purchased Sanyi Road machine equipment for many times, and formed a full set of scale. The equipment involved in this construction includes 2 sets of Sany Heavy Industry SM2000C heavy-dutyMilling machine, 2 SMP90EC asphalt pavers and 2 tandem rollers STR130C.

Before construction, the project department carefully did the preliminary work, established quality, safety, progress and environmental protection construction supervision and management institutions, standardized the establishment of relevant systems, and carried out engineering technology disclosure and pre-job training, which laid a solid foundation for the orderly construction. As of June 12, the eastern half of the 7.1-kilometer area south of the Gu'an boundary was officially closed, and the overhaul construction was started.

In the road milling stage, the high reliability and high efficiency of the Sany milling machine have been praised by customers. The key parts of Sany milling machine are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, which greatly improves the life of the whole machine; The world-class transmission belt is adopted, and the strong layer is made of body armor material, which is resistant to high temperature and impact; The power system adopts two-way vibration isolation technology, which reduces the vibration level by 50%, and greatly improves the reliability and operation comfort of components. * Fork foot cover structure and eccentric outrigger technology, which can be milled from the distance welt and eliminate the secondary milling steps; Integrate control technologies such as one-key construction and construction pause/resumption to reduce manual operation by more than 30%.

At present, the National Highway 106 line Gu'an south section of the repair project is still in full swing, Sany road machinery and equipment will be fully escorted, the project is expected to be completed on September 30, 2017.
