Although Sany Xiang Wenbo is worried about violating the principle of information disclosure and no longer answers the media's calls, it continues to make personal statements on its blog. Personally, he believes that discrimination against private enterprises is a strategic mistake.
In his opinion, there are five reasons to support his view.
First, marketization is a strategic choice made by China's economy, and it is irreversible. Private enterprises will inevitably become an important part of future economic life and the main body in the field of complete marketization.
Second, national borders have not disappeared, and the world is far from being the same. The competition between countries is, first of all, economic competition, and economic competition is directly manifested in the competition between enterprises. Vigorously supporting and developing national industries is a strategic and political choice, and discrimination against private enterprises is political and economic short-sightedness.
Third, private enterprises should become the priority choice for the market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises. Combining the restructuring of state-owned enterprises with the support for the development of private enterprises is, in a sense, a strategic integration of incremental assets (private enterprises) and stock assets, which will greatly enhance the competitiveness of national industries and rapidly enhance the global competitive advantage of China's economy.
Fourth, the problems that arose in the mergers and acquisitions of a small number of private enterprises in the past should not be used as a reason to exclude and discriminate against private enterprises.
In addition, it is logically unreasonable to discriminate against private enterprises.
