Netease Finance, October 28, 2010 Forbes China Private Enterprise Globalization Forum and Shanghai World Expo Private Enterprise Pavilion Appreciation Ceremony was held in Shanghai today. NetEase Finance reported on the forum as the first financial portal. In the first session of the dialogue: "The experience and strategy of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment - how to become a real multinational enterprise", Duan Dawei, vice president of Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., elaborated on the international development of Sany Heavy Industry, and he believes that internationalization is the first choice and way.

Distinguished leaders and distinguished guests, I am very glad to have such an opportunity to learn and communicate. We also very much agree with many valuable views of Professor Zhou and Mr. Wang. Sany Group is going international, and our products, services and investment abroad are also things in recent years, and the domestic market has been our main market in the past. In the long run, we take it as our medium and long-term goal to become a Fortune 500 company in the future. In order to achieve such a goal, internationalization is our best choice and way.

In the process of internationalization in the past few years, if we talk about experience, maybe our experience is not profound, but there are more ups and downs. If we summarize the point that we feel are more profound, we want to be the most basic, and the most important point is to do a good job in the product. In fact, in the process of our going to the international market, not from the beginning of product sales, nor from the investment and construction of factories, not from the beginning of mergers and acquisitions, we go to a new market, from the formation of the R & D team, we build an international R & D platform through the formation of the R & D team, and absorb the local very outstanding technical personnel, and our overall domestic R & D team, for our target market, for the special needs of customers to develop, transform and improve our products. Therefore, this process should be said to be slower at the beginning, there is a lot of homework to be done, and the effect cycle may be relatively long. But we realize that such a path will be more steady.

The professor just mentioned that you may also know that we are *recently in this Chilean mine disaster rescue, and one of our equipment is involved in this rescue activity, and the engineer we provide technical support at the scene is also a Chinese who participated in the rescue at the scene. In fact, our participation in this rescue operation was quite accidental, and this equipment was sold to a customer in Chile a year or two ago. In the process of this rescue, the Chilean government requisitioned equipment in China, one is the equipment used by customers, and many others, including very well-known international enterprises and similar enterprises participated in this solicitation work. The evaluation of this process by the relevant departments of the intellectual government is mainly to see what specific projects have been participated in in the past equipment use process, how the use is, and how the construction quality is. Based on the actual situation in the past, it was determined that this equipment was adopted
When our customer notified us that this device was requisitioned by the government, we *5656 hours sent a technical support team to participate in this campaign. It seems to be a very accidental activity, but we also experience and summarize, it should be said that in this process, a lot of homework may be done in ordinary times, reflected in some of our bit by bit work, do our products well, and do some basic work solidly. That's why I was able to participate in some major and influential events by chance.

In the future, we must adhere to such a very basic, but also very important basic strategy, no matter which market we enter, we must do a good job in products, do a good job in products, do a good job in service, and do a good job in brand, I think this is an important principle that we must adhere to when we move towards internationalization and internationalization as a long-term goal.
