At first, they wanted to deal in mutton, but they couldn't see through the market. Then he made wine again, and failed. If you do fiberglass again, it still fails. After a few attempts, they set their sights on welding materials, as three of the four were majoring in materials.
In 1986, Liang Wengen and four others collected 60,000 yuan from relatives and friends, and in an old house rented from the village committee, they lit the *5656 furnace of "serving the country through industry". In September 1986, they finally received a payment of 5,656 yuan - 8,000 yuan.

Within a few years, the small factory created by Liang Wengen and his partners grew into a private enterprise in Loudi area*5655, with an output value of more than 100 million yuan. But in Liang Wengen's eyes, this speed and scale are still far from the dream.
In September 1991, Liang Wengen changed the company's name to Hunan Sany Group Co., Ltd. In 1993, Liang moved his headquarters to Changsha, Hunan Province.
After more than ten years of painstaking operation, Sany Group has not only gained a steady foothold in the machinery manufacturing industry, but also become a leader in the industry. On April 30, 2005, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) officially issued a notice on the pilot reform of equity division. Liang Wengen has repeatedly said that Sany Heavy Industry is willing to become "a test field for China's securities market reform". Subsequently, Sany Group submitted a pilot plan for Sany Heavy Industry to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
On June 10, 2005, Sany Heavy Industry's equity division reform plan was successfully voted with 93.44% of the shareholders of tradable shares, thus becoming China's equity division reform * 5656 shares, which was forever recorded in the history of China's capital market development. As early as the beginning of the establishment of Sany Group, Liang Wengen positioned the enterprise as a social enterprise.
