■"Three*5656" gives wings to Sany Heavy Industry
In order to build information service as one of the core competitiveness, Sany Heavy Industry has carried out a series of actions and created three domestic *5656, which has given Sany Heavy Industry service wings to take off.
*5658"*5656" is the domestic construction machinery industry to start the 4008 call service system. In June 2005, Sany Heavy Industry upgraded the original 800 call service system, and took the lead in building and using the 4008 call service system in the domestic construction machinery industry. The 4008 call service system has a customer equipment failure acceptance telephone and service complaint telephone.
Compared with the previous 800 call service system, the 4008 system is more standardized. First, the number is unified, and customers can call this number anywhere in the country, and it is not affected by the change of the address of the company and the service center. The second is to reduce customer costs, and the called long-distance call fee is borne by Sany Heavy Industry, so that customers can reduce operating costs. Third, the business coverage is wider, and mobile phones and fixed phones can be used to make calls, avoiding the limitation that the 800 call system can only be dialed by fixed phones. Fourth, it can play a role in overall regulation, and the headquarters will timely grasp the company's products and services in various places to quickly allocate resources.
The second "*5656" is the first time to introduce the concept of "6S" store in China's construction machinery industry, and build the construction machinery 6S store into an automobile 6S store and surpass the automobile 6S store. In March 2006, Sany Heavy Industry Group Guangzhou 6S store, known as "China Construction Machinery *5656 Store", was opened. The 6S store integrates the sales and service functions of vehicle sales, spare parts supply, after-sales service, information feedback, product display and training of all product series of Sany Heavy Industry Group. At present, Sany Heavy Industry has built 6S stores in major provincial capitals across the country, which is the characteristic marketing model of Sany Heavy Industry, and plays an exemplary and window role in the entire marketing service layout of Sany Heavy Industry.
The third "*5656" is the China Construction Machinery Industry Home Equipment Control Center (ECC) completed and put into use. ECC took the lead in the construction machinery industry to create a service model of "integration of heaven, earth and man, one, two and three lines of coordination" to mobilize internal and external resources to provide customers with value services. No matter where the customer's equipment is, the GPS positioning system used in the control center can search for its location and operating status, and can remotely diagnose and dispatch workers nearby. In the future, the ECC model will cover the full line of products of Sany Heavy Industry Group as soon as possible, serve more customers, and apply technologies such as intelligent fault diagnosis to create greater value for customers.

In 2008, when the international financial crisis hit, Sany Heavy Industry still continued its previous growth, achieving annual sales of 20.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 56.6%; in 2009, sales revenue rose to 30.6 billion yuan; in 2010, Sany Heavy Industry's sales scale is expected to exceed 50 billion yuan, and pre-tax profit is 10 billion yuan.
Under the background of this unique era, Sany Heavy Industry has achieved leapfrog development by relying on information services, and has also driven the development of the entire construction machinery industry.
