Chile had expected rescue shafts to open last night, and 33 miners* who had been trapped in the mine for two months will soon see the light of day next Tuesday. It is made in China known as "Shenzhou*5656 hanging".cranePrepare to participate in the rescue, and expect to rescue all people within 37 hours.
The family thanked China
On August 5, a copper mine in northern Chile collapsed, trapping miners at a depth of 700 meters. The Chilean government's selection of a SCC4000-type crawler crane designed and produced by China's Shanghai Sany Group to lift the rescue pod arrived at the scene on Wednesday and was applauded by those present. The families of the miners are grateful to China, saying that the crane has given them hope and that they will soon be reunited with their families.
Hao Heng, the service manager of Sany Chile Branch, served as the technical service engineer of the lifting operation, and was the first Asian to participate in the rescue at the scene. The crane will first be responsible for the task of laying the inner wall inside the rescue pipeline, and then put it into the hoisting rescue. Although the operation is difficult, the authorities are full of confidence.
Once the condition of the mine is confirmed, the mining users, accompanied by a member of the Navy Medical Commando, will enter the pipeline using the rescue capsule "Phoenix", which is expected to reach the miners' location today, and then use the "Phoenix" to lift the miners to the surface one by one. However, the rescue work was also risky, and if the pipeline debris fell off and the "Phoenix" got stuck, the mission would have to be aborted.
SCC4000 has won the gold medal of the Shanghai Science and Technology Expo, and is at the world's leading level in electronic control, force limit system, hydraulic device and other aspects. Chile's choice of it to undertake the task is an affirmation and recognition of China's heavy industry. (Xinhua News Agency/Comprehensive Foreign News Agency)
