September 26th (Reporter Tang Aiping) 2011 construction machinery industry user satisfaction evaluation results released on the 24th, independent brand construction machinery user satisfaction generally exceeds foreign brands. Among them, 8 kinds of products of Sany Heavy Industry, including pump trucks, trailer pumps, truck-mounted pumps, and mixing stations, have won 5,656 self-owned brand user satisfaction*.
The evaluation was initiated by the China Association for Quality and the National User Committee, and was the first evaluation carried out by the construction machinery industry. The scope of the evaluation is the mainstream brands in the domestic market, including independent brands and foreign brands. The survey covered 14 products in six categories: concrete machinery, lifting machinery, road machinery, scraping machinery, piling machinery, and excavation machinery.
Through the direct user survey of more than 3,000 construction machinery products, the results show that in the domestic market, the user satisfaction of independent brand construction machinery generally exceeds that of foreign brands. Independent brands represented by Sany, XCMG, Zoomlion, etc., in the truck pump, mixing plant, pump truck, trailer pump, mixer truck, road roller, grader, paver, bulldozer, loader,Truck cranesIn the field of crawler cranes, excavators, rotary drilling rigs and other products, except for cranes and rollers that are lower than foreign brands Liebherr and Ingersoll Rand, the user satisfaction of the rest of the products is higher than that of foreign competitors of similar products, such as Putzmannstet, Schwein, Vögele, Liebherr, Doosan, Komatsu, Caterpillar and BAU.
The organizers said that this result shows that since the implementation of a series of national policies to support the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in 2006, China's construction machinery manufacturing industry has made great progress, and the quality level of a considerable number of products has caught up with and surpassed foreign products.
