On October 8, 2011, a reporter from Global People Magazine walked into Sany Group for an interview and visit, and explored Liang Wengen's strategy for governing the enterprise.

Sany Group is headquartered in Changsha County, northeast of Changsha City, 20 kilometers away from Changsha City. Liang Wengen often said, what made today's Trinity? It's people. An employee of Sany told reporters that one of the secrets of Liang Wengen's governance of the enterprise is to "govern people": reuse high-end talents and motivate ordinary employees.

"Compared with short-term incentives, medium- and long-term incentives are more intense and can motivate employees for a long time, but they are naturally more difficult. Only when the 'peach' of the target is hung just right, and employees can pick it by jumping hard, can the incentive effect of *5655 be obtained. Huang Jianfeng, director of the Office of the Performance Management Committee of Sany Group, said.
Liang Wengen's "peach" hangs just right. In 2010, Sany Group achieved the sales target of 50 billion yuan, and the rewards of each subsidiary were also fulfilled as scheduled. The original "Arabian Nights" has become the current "miracle creation".
In addition, Liang Wengen set up a "* card system" to encourage employees, and personally wore pure gold medals around the necks of the commended employees. Another time, a technical backbone of Sany died of illness during work, and Liang Wengen compensated his family tens of millions of yuan.
Sany Group's attraction to employees is not only about money. Liang Wengen once put forward the concept of "helping employees succeed", he said: "There can be no success of an enterprise without the success of employees." "In Sany Group, in addition to R&D funds, training funds are also not capped. But that pride doesn't seem to last long. According to the reporter's understanding, the turnover rate within Sany Group is not low. Due to strict performance appraisals, many employees are under a certain amount of pressure. This kind of frustration education is actually the "now" management model of Sany Group. Liang Wengen, who attaches great importance to management, generally does not personally intervene in the work of employees, but uses a complete and clear reward and punishment system to motivate employees. Not only that, Liang Wengen himself is very fond of reading, especially books on management, if he encounters good books, he will recommend them to employees and organize relevant exams.
Liang Wengen likes to have meetings, sometimes holding three video conferences a day for management, and then sending out opinions step by step. Company-wide meetings are also a regular occurrence. Sany Group's conferences are generally held in the Yuelu Mountains and Zhangjiajie Mountains in Hunan. At a meeting, Liang Wengen suddenly wanted everyone to go to the mountain immediately after the meeting. For the "future", Liang Wengen has set a new goal: "In 2012, Sany Group's sales must exceed 100 billion.
