Talking about the development process of "Sany", Xiang Wenbo said that as a private enterprise, Sany relies on innovation today, and innovation includes technological innovation and management innovation. Xiang Wenbo said that as far as technological innovation is concerned, we must first break the fear, and most enterprises in China do not lack the ability to innovate, but lack the courage to innovate. Xiang Wenbo said that as important as innovation is talent.
