Yesterday afternoon, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. and Sany Group Co., Ltd. was held in Sany Industrial City. According to the agreement, in the future, the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in a series of international key engineering fields such as investment, research and development of new technologies and equipment, domestic and foreign infrastructure, construction of supply and demand relationship of construction machinery and equipment, construction machinery and equipment management, and marine engineering machinery. This marks a new step in the cooperation between China's *5655 transportation construction enterprises and China's *5655 construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.

It is understood that at present, the Qatar "2022 World Cup" supporting project facilities project is a key cooperation project carried out by the two sides, including the Doha Port project and the stadium facilities project. The project is also a landmark project in the field of economic cooperation between the Chinese and Qatari governments, and the Doha Port project alone will build an 8-kilometer wharf shoreline, requiring about 65 million square meters of earth and stone excavation, more than 70% of the earthwork volume of the Three Gorges Project.

At present, Sany has provided more than 60 sets of equipment for construction in various work areas of the Doha Port project in Qatar; Starting from 2014, Sany mixing plant and other equipment will participate in the construction of stadiums and other infrastructure for the 2022 Doha World Cup.
