Entering the gate of Sany Heavy Industry, a large machinery company located in central Hunan, a huge banner was written "Be grateful".

On June 13, Hunan Province announced the list of representatives of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and Liang Wengen, the richest man in the Forbes and Hurun lists, was elected.

At the China Economic Observation Forum held by the Central Party School recently, Li Peng, associate professor of the Central Party School and the author of the research report of Sany Heavy Industry, believes that as a joint-stock private enterprise, Sany Group has 68,000 employees and more than 5,000 party members, close to 10%.

Not only that, in this 10% ratio, nearly 560 party members have taken up important posts, accounting for 56% of the total number of cadres promoted.

At the forum, it was revealed that 7 of the 11 directors of the group are members of the Communist Party, and there are also a large number of party members and activists in the main management positions of the company.

At present, in addition to Sany Group, groups such as Jiangsu Hongdou Group are vigorously developing grassroots party organizations, which has a lot to do with the requirements of the central government.

In May 2012, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Party Building in Non-public Enterprises (for Trial Implementation), which clearly requires non-public enterprises with more than 50 employees to have Party members. Where there are three or more formal Party members and the conditions are ripe, a separate Party organization should be established.

Interestingly, how do private enterprises, which have always been quite practical, develop party members, and how do they combine their own work with the development of party members? In particular, what is the motivation for the person in charge of the enterprise to continue to promote the work of party building?

According to the "Study Times", on March 21, at the party building work conference of the central non-public enterprises attended by Xi Jinping, Liang Wengen expressed his heart in his speech: 30 years ago, I stepped into the university gate from the countryside * 5656 times and got the 19 yuan monthly stipend provided to me by the party.

Liang Wengen found the path of combining reality and ideals, and he asked the branch secretaries and administrative leaders of the group's business divisions, subsidiaries and functional headquarters, and the administrative leaders who are not party members should be equipped with party members and cadres to serve as branch secretaries and administrative deputies.

"Party members in a non-public enterprise to undertake important production, operation, technology research and development, and so on these responsibilities and work, in fact, is a sign of the development of our party's cause." Li Peng said.

In April 2012, the research team of the Central Party School inspected the Sany Group, and in the research report, the research team believed that the period of the good party building of the Sany Group was also the period of good operation.

In 2001, before the establishment of the Party Committee of Sany Group, Sany's sales were only 620 million yuan, and the total profits and taxes were 96 million yuan, and the total profits and taxes of the Group Party Committee have increased by 166 times since the establishment of the Party Committee for 10 years.

Li Peng believes that in developing grass-roots party organizations such as Sany Heavy Industry, large private enterprises have not only highly effective economic incentives, but also a set of political organizations serving the state's party building and communicating the exchange of party and non-public enterprise personnel, information, and systems, so that non-public enterprises can not only maintain their own characteristics, but also seize the period of strategic opportunities in accordance with the state's major policies, and the perfect enterprise management mechanism is the micro foundation for their success.
