Since Mr. Zhang Jie, Deputy General Manager and Human Resources Director of Sany Group, joined the "Chinese Resources 100" club in September last year, the humorous "classmate" Zhang Xie has been discussing with me how to improve the quality of employees and cadre leadership, emphasizing that this is the top priority of Sany human resources management and development...... In September last year, we contacted the Sany human resources team led by Mr. Zhang Xie to learn and exchange topics such as general employee training, professional technician development, and leadership development for the Sany human resources team led by Mr. Zhang Jie.
