On August 8, Sany Heavy Machinery donated 10 excavators to the Fangshan District Government of Beijing for post-disaster reconstruction work such as dredging and road repair.
From July 21 to 22, Beijing was hit by a series of heavy rains and extremely heavy rains rarely seen in history. Many houses have collapsed, bridges and roads have been washed out in Fangshan District, and post-disaster reconstruction work is imminent, and the demand for heavy construction machinery and equipment such as excavators is very urgent. After learning of the situation, Sany offered to donate 10 excavators to the Beijing disaster area to help the affected compatriots rebuild their homes.
On the evening of August 5, 10 Sany excavators were urgently transferred to Beijing. The after-sales service personnel of Sany Heavy Machinery agents carried out a comprehensive inspection, maintenance and cleaning of 10 pieces of equipment overnight to ensure that the equipment was put into disaster relief in the state of *5654. The agent said that a special after-sales service engineer will be arranged to be responsible for the maintenance of the donated excavator to escort the disaster relief operation.
In recent years, Sany has taken the initiative to assume social responsibility and actively participated in various social rescue activities. In the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, Sany set up a support earthquake relief team and donated 18 million yuan to the disaster area, including 15 million yuan in equipment and 3 million yuan in cash. In the 2010 Yushu earthquake in Qinghai, Sany donated 15 million yuan to set up China's 5,656 special foundations for post-disaster orphan relief, education and training - "China Sany Post-disaster Orphan Relief Foundation", and actively donated tents, food and other materials to the disaster area. In 2011, Sany donated 62 meters worth $1 million to JapanPump trucksto participate in the Fukushima rescue. In addition, in the Zhouqu debris flow disaster, Chongqing Wulong landslide, Guangxi Guilin debris flow, Yunnan earthquake, Yunnan drought and other disasters, Sany took the initiative to lend a helping hand and actively participated in disaster relief work.
