China News Service, Beijing, November 20 (Reporter Liu Yuying) Zhou Fugui, director of Sany Group, introduced the ins and outs of the prosecution of US President Barack Obama at a forum in Beijing on the 20th, revealing that the prosecution is supported by the local people, and a friendly delegation of citizens' organizations will attend the *5656 hearings on the 28th.
Zhou Fugui said at the Sina Golden Kylin Forum that the prosecution of Obama and the Committee on Foreign Investment has received support from the local people, and at the hearing on the 28th*5656, a friendly group of Oregon citizen organizations where the project is located will appear in court in support of Sany.
According to Zhou Fugui, more than a dozen American lawyers were hired to sue Obama, and local lawyers in the United States also believed that Sany had been treated unfairly. Zhou Fugui believes that the law of the United States is fair, and "grievances" will be redressed.
On September 28 this year, US President Barack Obama issued an executive order prohibiting Rolls, an affiliate of the Sany Group, from building four wind farms near a military base in Oregon, US on the grounds of threatening US national security.

Zhou Fugui said that the US Treasury Department has set up a Foreign Investment Committee, which is composed of eight joint ministers, including the secretaries of the Department of Defense and the Ministry of Finance, which is responsible for reviewing foreigners' investment projects in the United States. The Department of Defense has requested a ban on the construction of wind farms because the U.S. Navy has a bombing range near a wind project, and the construction of a wind farm there will affect the range. The Board of Investment ruled to accept the claim, but the order would not be valid until Obama signed it.
Sany held that, except for the objections raised by the Navy, all other procedures were legal and approved. And a Danish company has built a wind farm nearby and is already in operation, and Sany was treated unfairly, so it sued the Committee on Foreign Investment, and Obama was also one of the defendants.
Zhou Fugui said, "The prosecution of Obama is not a plan, nor is it hype, it is a 'forced Liangshan', and we need to find a channel to appeal for 'grievances'."
