Hunan Daily: Sany ultra-long boom technology is the best in the industry

This newspaper, January 31 (reporter Tang Aiping) in the field of ultra-long boom pump truck research, Sany Heavy Industry in 20 years, breaking the monopoly of Germany, the United States and other countries, creating 4 major technological inventions, obtaining 24 domestic and foreign authorized invention patents, in the industry. Recently, Sany Heavy Industry's "Concrete pump truckUltra-long boom technology and application", won the second prize of the 2012 National Technological Invention Award. This is the *5652 scientific and technological invention award won by the construction machinery industry so far, *5661 level honor.

An ultra-long boom pump truck refers to a pump truck with a multi-joint flexible robotic arm with an overhang length of more than 50 meters. As early as the 60s of the last century, a small number of manufacturing powers represented by Germany and the United States launched research on long boom technology, and once monopolized the core technology in this field. The booms of domestic concrete pump trucks are below 32 meters.

In 2003, Sany launched the 56-meter pump truck, the longest boom pump truck in Asia at that time. From 2007 to 2011, with its increasingly mature and original technology, Sany has developed 66 meters, 72 meters and 86 meters boom pump trucks three times, all of which were the world's longest boom pump trucks at that time.

Yi Xiaogang, the *5656 completer of the award-winning project and the chief engineer of Sany Heavy Industry, introduced that the technological invention award highlights the reward for technological originality and invention. In terms of ultra-long boom research, Sany * has created four major technological inventions, namely the design method and device of ultra-long boom, active vibration suppression technology, anti-tipping control technology based on center of gravity trajectory tracking, and multi-parameter matching energy-saving technology of ultra-long boom pump truck. These 4 inventions have obtained 24 authorized invention patents (including 2 US patents, 2 German patents, and 1 Russian patent). Among them, the two patents of "method and device for suppressing the vibration of concrete pump boom" and "an energy-saving control method for concrete pump" have also won the China Patent Gold Award, which is the most award-winning patent in China's construction machinery industry so far.
