Many reporters called to ask about Sany's attitude on the matter. In fact, Sany's attitude has always been very clear, that is, the process is more important than the result, and dignity is more important than money, and Sany will continue to protect its legitimate rights and interests through legal means, and is full of confidence in winning the final victory of the Obama case.

After the federal district court ruled that the government's motion to dismiss the case came out, some media thought that Sany's case against Obama was over and that Sany had lost, but this was not the case. In the United States, after the plaintiff sues, the defendant has the right to file a motion to dismiss the plaintiff's lawsuit, but after the lawsuit is withdrawn, the plaintiff also has the right to continue the lawsuit to the appellate court, and through multiple levels of courts, all the way to *. We expect that the US court's judgment will resolutely appeal and protect our legitimate rights and interests.
