Hunan Provincial People's Government Network: 12 enterprises including Sany Group Co., Ltd. were rated as key high-tech enterprises of the National Torch Program

Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the results of the 2013 National Torch Program Key High-tech Enterprises (Guoke Huo Zi [2013] No. 258), Changsha Sany Group Co., Ltd. and other 12 science and technology enterprises won the title of National Torch Program Key High-tech Enterprises, accounting for nearly half of the province's key high-tech enterprises. In order to serve the construction of an innovative country and give full play to its exemplary and leading role in the upgrading and development of high-tech industries, the Ministry of Science and Technology selectively evaluates a number of high-tech industrialization backbone enterprises with distinctive development within the scope of national high-tech enterprises every year and awards them honorary titles. The Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology will take targeted assistance measures for key high-tech enterprises of the National Torch Plan in terms of information, publicity, talents, markets, funds, etc., and give key support, and recommend enterprises to be listed, products or services to be included in government procurement. The validity period of the "National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise Certificate" is three years, and there are currently 50 key high-tech enterprises of the National Torch Plan in the city. The key high-tech enterprises of the National Torch Plan are the backbone of implementing the "six leading positions" strategy of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, and guiding the leapfrog development of high-tech industries.
