Zhu Wenkui: I am very pleased to participate in this meeting today, to share our thoughts and views at this meeting, and to play a role in throwing bricks and leading the way.
I would like to talk about three sentences: *5656 sentence is how to look at the past. Just now, I was communicating privately with Mr. Zeng, and your speech said a lot of things from my peers in this industry. While talking about the problem, we should not ignore our own achievements, but look at them in two parts. Construction machinery may be two 20 years, to put it a little shorter, two 10 years. In the past 10 years, we have developed very rapidly, growth is the main theme, and some of the problems can be avoided, and some problems may be inevitable in this ordeal. I have read a research report, which says that in the past 10 or 20 years, the construction machinery industry has become one of the few industries in China with global competitiveness, and there is a very detailed report for product analysis. This should be an achievement. The second achievement, in the past few years, 60% to 70% of the global concrete machinery volume is produced in China. Excavators used to be the first overseas brands, and now everyone knows very well what the situation is. We need to look at the past objectively.
Of course, the problems brought about by the past are the problems shared by Mr. Zeng just now, so don't be too pessimistic about the present. There are two subject words, one is overdraft. We overdraft our resources and our future. The second is adjustment, which is the process of restoration. To use an inappropriate analogy, *5656 is to use the knife, one is to use the knife by others, and the second is to use the knife yourself. I believe that the construction machinery companies here have made a lot of profound internal adjustments in the past year or so. The second process is bonding. After slowly combining, the third process is restoration.

Industry adjustment breeds development opportunities

How do you see the future? Look at the future neutrally and rationally. Where are the opportunities for the future? New type of urbanization. In the past, the first-tier cities spread the pie, and in the future, it was pointed out in the report of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China that it is small-scale urbanization, which may bring a lot of demand, such as the construction of small towns by farmers, such as the construction of small towns, and the small intelligent excavators used in Europe in the past and now may have many applications. I won't talk about industrialization.
I would like to mention two things that have been overlooked, and that is the opportunity that this adjustment itself brings. Needless to say, in the past time, our pursuit of speed, for the worship of scale, for a period of time is what our manufacturers, especially Chinese manufacturers, have to do to catch up. After this round of adjustment, there will be many new opportunities. With the in-depth understanding and application of construction machinery, the use of Chinese customers and the market will be different, previously thought that construction machinery is digging soil, digging stones, in fact, in Europe and the United States decades ago excavators do everything, excavators are called strange hands, it can not only do this job, or hang furniture. Then there is the population, everyone says that China's demographic dividend is disappearing, and the reduction of China's labor force is an indisputable trend in the future. Who will do the work? Relying on machines to replace people also breeds opportunities. Then there is the opportunity for internationalization. I'll give you an example, there is not an international highway in the whole of Russia so far, just now a Russian friend of mine called, he said that the road from Moscow to St. Petersburg is being built, and the other is from a corner of Moscow to the airport, and there is no high-speed rail. So I think the potential for our internationalization is still very high.
Just now, Chairman Long gave me a proposition on green development, and I would like to talk a little about this topic. Is construction machinery still this kind of product? What does the future hold for green excavators and pump trucks? It should be environmentally friendly and energy-saving, especially in places where PM2.5 haze reaches many central places, and environmental protection and energy conservation are very important in the future. Sany has done some things in this regard, and our efficiency has increased by about 25%, and our fuel consumption has been reduced by about 30%. In the field of concrete machinery, Sany has also made a lot of its own efforts, and our next direction is also to follow up the innovation-driven transformation of the enterprise through green development*.
The theme of these 16 words is very good, if you want to add one point, that is, the green concept contains responsibility, one is the responsibility to the industry, the second is the responsibility to our country, and the third is the responsibility to the future.

I would like to make an appeal to make it clear in two sentences, *5656 is that raising emission standards is a trend, and companies must follow this trend.
The second sentence is to suggest and appeal to the entire industry association, and the state gives three things when formulating policies, one is to give the cycle, and it cannot be said that the switch will be switched.
The second is to give quotas. When our products are exported to the United States, it is very clear what indicators will be given in 2013, what indicators will be given in 2014, and quotas will be given when it will be switched over.
The third is to give policies. If there is one more point, it is not the problem of the industry itself, but the fact that China's oil products must meet the standard. Two days ago, when I was communicating with a user in the United States, he said that the finished product of PetroChina really meets the standard that the engine can use, the engine is very good, and if the oil is not up to standard, it will still cause pollution. For me personally, the problem is very simple, the business has to cooperate, but the government has to give something.
