Sany high-end manufacturing debuted at the BMW exhibition to promote a variety of new excavator products

Bauma Shanghai 2014 will be held from November 25 to 28 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Sany Group will exhibit 43 pieces of equipment, more than half of which are new products on public display for the first time.

The exhibiting equipment of this exhibition includes C9 pump truck, a new generation of LNG mixer truck and other concrete machinery, backhoe loaders, wheeled excavators, mining excavators and other excavation machinery.Truck cranes, crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes and other lifting equipment, as well as hinged mining dump trucks, C8 series rock rotary drilling rigs, new series of road rollers, H8 series port machinery and other products. The joint venture Sany PALFINGER will also exhibit a new aerial work platform.

Judging from the overall lineup of the exhibition, the excavator* is strong, with a total of 17 products on display. Among them, backhoe loaders, wheeled excavators, and mining excavators were exhibited for the first time.

BL70C backhoe loader, commonly known as "busy at both ends", is a very practical earthwork construction machine developed by Sany for the Brazilian market. The construction efficiency of this product is 5% higher than that of international benchmark products, and the energy consumption is reduced by 10%, which has great room for growth in the local market in Brazil.

Mining excavator SY485H is suitable for large-scale stone work, and is the first excavator in China with a life of more than 10,000 hours of structural parts. SY245H is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized mines. These two new mining excavators will effectively meet the needs of mine construction.

In September this year, the top two sales in the Chinese market, the upgraded versions of Sany excavators SY75C and SY55, as well as electronically controlled hybrid excavators and natural gas excavators, are also on display.

Excavator is the second largest profit growth point of Sany Group, and Sany excavator business has attracted much attention due to its plan to be listed in Hong Kong. In 2014, the company's new products were accelerated, and the products were upgraded, which made up for the lack of the market and the development momentum was unabated. It is expected that in 2014, Sany excavator will continue to maintain the position of sales * 5656, achieving four consecutive years in the industry.

In addition, the exhibition will also exhibit 69 lean accessories such as cylinders, engines, cabs, slewing rings, and reducers. Sany Group's accessories capabilities and R&D and manufacturing strength of the whole industry chain will be fully demonstrated.
