With the completion of the sand filling construction in the last section of the JLHW228 well as designed, Xinjiang Oilfield completed the fracturing construction task of 171 sections of 8 wells in the demonstration area between Jinlong 2 small wells in only 17 days ahead of schedule. This is the largest horizontal well leveling and overall fracturing operation in the Junggar Basin so far, which provides valuable experience for platform fracturing under similar development models in the future.

Jinlong 2 small well spacing demonstration area is the key capacity construction area of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, and it is also the factory well layout platform with the smallest well spacing in Mahu Oilfield. The fracturing transformation faces a number of problems, one is due to the short longitudinal distance of the well pattern, the artificial fractures are easy to communicate with the channeling layer, resulting in interlayer channeling, and at the same time, the horizontal wellbore trajectory crosses the fault zone, the old well deficit area and other risk points, and the risk of casing and sand plugging is high; Second, in the early stage, tankers and water source wells are mainly used for water supply, which is not only costly and inefficient, but also difficult to meet the needs of simultaneous fracturing of multiple vehicle units; Secondly, the fracturing period is tight, there are many participating units and personnel, and the on-site coordination organization is facing a great test.

Xinjiang Oilfield Development Co., Ltd. organized relevant units to carry out segmented and clustered discussions on "one well and one policy" according to the characteristics of well location deployment and reservoir distribution in the well area, combined with the cementing quality, and clarified the reservoir transformation area and fracturing engineering plan. With the goal of maximizing the input-output benefit, the fracture length and fracture height of a single well are optimized, the pumping program is optimized, the construction displacement and the scale of single fracture sand addition are controlled, and the design fracturing cost of a single well is carefully calculated to ensure that the investment of a single well is controlled.

During the construction stage, the development company set up an on-site joint headquarters to do a good job in the "four guarantees" and "four in place", and implemented the on-site strong matrix management mode to ensure the safe, orderly and smooth progress of the fracturing operation. In view of the characteristics of small well spacing + three-dimensional well pattern + multi-platform, the engineering and technical personnel adopt the method of "staggered seam arrangement, flush advancement, and group fracturing", and the construction adopts 24-hour uninterrupted synchronous zipper and flush advancement operation of 5 fracturing working faces, which effectively reduces the mutual interference of fractures between wells. At the same time, using the reclaimed water discharged up to the standard of the Karamay Sewage Treatment Plant as a water source, two reservoirs with a scale of 25,000 cubic meters were built to achieve water allocation, with a maximum daily water supply capacity of about 15,000 cubic meters, which can ensure the simultaneous operation of 4 to 5 fracturing faces, and the performance indicators of the fracturing fluid prepared by reclaimed water in the on-site fracturing process have met expectations. Fracturing uses reclaimed water (domestic treatment water) as the source of fracturing water supply, which innovates a new mode of fracturing water supply in Xinjiang Oilfield, achieves a new breakthrough in cost reduction and efficiency increase, and provides a stable and efficient water supply guarantee for production wells.
