As of June 30, Changqing Oilfield produced 32.1252 million tons of oil and gas equivalent, completing 52.75% of the annual planned task, a year-on-year increase of 4.42%. Reserves are the foundation of the sustainable development of oilfields. Changqing Oilfield focuses on risk exploration, efficient exploration and fine exploration, and strives to obtain large-scale and high-quality reserves. At present, it has blossomed in risk exploration, shale oil exploration, and new area exploration. Among them, the proven shale oil reserves of Qingcheng Oilfield exceeded 1 billion tons, becoming the largest shale oil complex oilfield with proven reserves in China. The gas test of key risk exploration wells has obtained a high-yield gas flow of 352,400 cubic meters per day, marking a major breakthrough in the field of Ordovician pre-salt risk exploration.

Efficient construction and production is the guarantee of high-quality development of oilfields. Changqing Oilfield adheres to the principle of efficiency construction and production, and accelerates the transformation of reserves into production capacity and production by strengthening the analysis and evaluation of the main controlling factors of reservoir productivity, queuing benefits by block, reservoir and well type, continuously optimizing the deployment of schemes, and continuously carrying out new technology and technology tests. The No. 2 Oil Production Plant adheres to the "double improvement" of production and efficiency, and continues to optimize the construction and production structure in accordance with the principle of "calculate first and then do it, calculate in advance, and force the indicators backwards", and the shallow construction and production scale has increased from 90,000 tons at the beginning of the year to 200,000 tons, the production capacity of shallow reservoirs has reached 40%, and the internal rate of return has reached 14.2%, realizing the positive pull of new production capacity on production and efficiency. The No. 2 Gas Production Plant adheres to the production and construction principle of "yielding per unit of production, ensuring quality, controlling investment, and reducing costs", and continues to improve the quality and efficiency of the whole process and all factors. At present, 12 various reduction and control measures have been implemented, saving a total of 26.32 million yuan in various expenses, and truly implementing the benefits of construction and production.

In order to ensure the continuous growth of oil and gas production, Changqing Oilfield gives full play to the driving role of scientific and technological innovation. In terms of oilfield production, through the implementation of technologies such as temporary plugging fracturing, deep profile control, and small-scale plugging removal, we will make every effort to improve the productivity of single wells in old oilfields, reduce decline, and achieve the goal of stable production and production increase. At present, 6,705 oil wells of various types have been implemented, with a cumulative increase of 272,900 tons. In terms of gas field production, we will vigorously implement "one well, one project, one optimization", drainage and gas recovery operations and volumetric fracturing, and actively break through the "bottleneck" of high-quality development technology. Among them, 7,819 drainage and gas recovery operations were carried out, and the production of natural gas increased by 1.259 billion cubic meters.

"All costs can be reduced". Changqing Oilfield will improve quality and efficiency as a powerful starting point for completing the annual task, and formulate detailed measures from 19 aspects, such as strengthening scale efficiency exploration and optimizing production capacity construction and deployment, to tap potential in an all-round way, reduce pressure drop in all factors, optimize the whole process and create benefits in the whole chain. At the same time, through the labor competition of "both oil and gas increase, quantity and efficiency", we actively explore new potential points for improving quality and efficiency, and complete various performance indicators with high quality. With the goal of "producing more gas and producing more effective gas", the No. 1 Gas Production Plant optimized and improved 21 quality and efficiency improvement measures in 7 categories, formulated drainage and gas recovery measures in 24 well areas, carried out 7 technical research tests and 1,149 gas well measures, and promoted the institutionalized, systematic and normalized operation of quality and efficiency improvement. Taking cost benchmarking as a breakthrough, the No. 3 Oil Production Plant has vigorously promoted the precise implementation of 52 specific control and reduction measures through production efficiency improvement, technical efficiency creation and management efficiency, and its profit contribution has ranked first among the company's oil production units for five consecutive months.
