On July 4, the Yang 102H10 platform pipeline system in Zhejiang Oilfield was under construction. During the fracturing of this platform, more than 20,000 cubic meters of flowback fluid was reused, and key fracturing indicators such as single-stage fracture density set new block fracturing records. The volume fracturing technology of horizontal wells in the oilfield has all realized the "fracturing 2.0" version.
In recent years, Zhejiang Oilfield has actively explored the integration of geology and engineering, and has realized the effective development of a large number of shallow and ultra-shallow unconventional oil and gas reservoirs such as Taiyang Dazhai by relying on the staged volume fracturing technology of horizontal wells.
Under the guidance of the idea of integration of geology and engineering, the scientific research units and production and construction units systematically analyze the characteristics of the reservoir in the target block, industrialize the construction of drilling, cementing, perforation, multi-stage fracturing, etc., and gradually explore and form a volumetric fracturing technology suitable for the development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs. The Engineering Technology Center and the Natural Gas Exploration and Development Division formulate anti-sand and anti-ground motion measures, optimize and upgrade the perforation parameters, and increase the number of effective cracks in the horizontal section to more than twice after the implementation of mine tests. The production and construction department and the production department are linked, the water supply plan is determined, and the flowback liquid is reused, which alleviates the water pressure and saves costs while achieving environmental protection indicators.
During the fracturing construction of the Yang 102H10 platform, the technical staff actively planned and organized and formulated a detailed production organization plan, which lasted 44 days and was successfully completed ahead of schedule.
