Recently, the official website of the National Energy Administration officially released the "Notice of the Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration on Carrying out the Development and Construction of Renewable Energy Power Generation Projects on a Monthly Basis", proposing that in order to further promote the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects and ensure the realization of the annual development and construction goals, it is planned to carry out project development on a monthly basis

The energy bureaus of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the Development and Reform Commissions of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company, the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center, and all relevant enterprises:
According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration on the Weight of Responsibility for Renewable Electricity Consumption in 2021 and Related Matters (Fagai Energy [2021] No. 704) and the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Matters Related to the Development and Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in 2021
(National Energy Development New Energy [2021] No. 25) requirements,In order to further promote the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects and ensure the realization of the annual development and construction targets, it is planned to carry out the scheduling of project development and construction on a monthly basis, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Establish a monthly scheduling mechanism for the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects, and schedule the entire process of renewable energy power generation projects from approval (approval, filing), start-up, construction, grid connection to commissioning。
2. Starting from August 2021, all provincial-level energy authorities and major central power generation enterprises shall, before the 15th of each month, respectively report the development and construction of renewable energy power generation projects in their provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and enterprises in the previous month (including newly approved capacity, newly started capacity, cumulative capacity under construction, cumulative grid-connected capacity,
It is expected that the grid-connected capacity at the end of the year) will be directly reported to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration (see the annex for details).
3. Before the 15th of each month, the State Grid Corporation shall report the development and construction of renewable energy projects within the coverage of the new energy cloud platform to the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration. China Southern Power Grid Corporation and Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company shall report the grid-connected and commissioning information of renewable energy projects in the business area to the state before the 15th of each month
