On October 9,Hebei Provincial Energy BureaupublishThe "Supplementary Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Application of Market-oriented Grid-connected Projects of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in 2021" provides relevant matters related to the declaration of market-oriented projectsOpinion.

The document points out that in 2021, market-oriented grid-connected projects need to be equipped with peak shaving capacity.In principle, the peak regulation capacity of the market-oriented projects of Hebei South Power Grid and North Power Grid shall not be less than 10% and 15% of the project capacity respectively, and the continuous energy storage duration shall not be less than 3 hours, and the peak regulation capacity shall be completed and put into operation simultaneously with the market-oriented grid-connected projects.

In terms of grid connection time,Wind power projects should be completed and connected to the grid at full capacity by June 30, 2024PV projects should be connected to the grid at full capacity by June 30, 2023. For areas with severely restricted access conditions, strictly control the declaration of market-oriented grid-connected projects.Encourage Zhangcheng area to give priority to applying for wind power projects.

The specific application materials include the project implementation plan (including investment income analysis), the land use opinions of the natural resources department (refer to the application requirements of the guaranteed grid-connected project), and the inflection point coordinate documents. All documents must be submitted by October 25.
