CCTV Focus: The first in the industry! The first in Beijing!

  • 2022.01.14

On January 11, China's first "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprise" was officially unveiled at Sany Renewable Energy's Beijing Nankou Factory. Wang Lixun, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Zhang Jinbai, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Changping District Economic and Information Bureau, Peng Xu, Chief Digital Officer of Sany Renewable Energy, and Yu Liangwei, Deputy General Manager of Sany Renewable Energy, attended the ceremony and jointly unveiled the factory.

CCTV Finance focused on the fact that Sany Renewable Energy was awarded the "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprise" and made a key report. The report is as follows:

In recent years, China's installed capacity of renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic has continued to expand, and the market prospect is huge. According to the National Energy Administration, as of the end of November 2021, the country's installed power generation capacity was about 2.32 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 9%. Among them, the installed capacity of wind power is about 300 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 29%, doubling from the end of 2016.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and other eight departments jointly issued the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of intelligent manufacturing. The plan points out that by 2025, most of the manufacturing enterprises above designated size will be digitally networked, and the backbone enterprises in key industries will initially apply intelligence; By 2035, manufacturing enterprises above designated size will fully popularize digitalization and networking, and backbone enterprises in key industries will basically achieve intelligence.

Zhuo Lan, deputy director of the Internet of Things Center of China Electronics Standardization Institute, said that in April 2019, under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the selection of "intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprises" was launched, and 37 "intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprises" have been selected across the country. The main purpose is to select a group of enterprises with outstanding intelligent manufacturing, industry representativeness and demonstration effect in the country, and lead the transformation and promotion of China's manufacturing industry from point to line to surface intelligent manufacturing through excellent typical cases of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.

Sany Renewable Energy became the fifth batch of "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprises", which is also the only enterprise in Beijing and China's wind power industry to receive this honor.

Peng Xu, Chief Digital Officer of Sany Renewable Energy, said that Sany Renewable Energy has comprehensively promoted the five key tasks of digitalization, including the four modernizations of processes, the electrification and intelligence of products, the construction of lighthouse factories, the deepening of software applications and the application of data. Sany Renewable Energy has successfully built the first 5G fully connected smart factory in the wind power industry and has been selected as a national "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmarking Enterprise". Now it has taken the lead in launching the construction of unmanned factories for wind power assembly and wind turbine blade super factories, hoping to promote the transformation of Sany Renewable Energy from traditional manufacturing to "digital manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing" through the implementation of green factories and smart factories.

Earlier, the National Development and Reform Commission made it clear that there will be no subsidies for newly approved onshore wind power projects from 2021 and no subsidies for offshore wind power projects from 2022. First, the competitiveness of products continues to improve, and second, the company has its own new energy investment company, which has obtained benefits by operating its own wind power plants.
