This is the manufacturing base of large wheeled cranes - Sany Heavy Ningxiang Industrial Park. Over the past ten years, Sany Heavy Lift has accelerated its rise in Ningxiang, successively launched automobile, all-terrain, off-road, tower and other cranes, and continued to promote the process of digitalization, electrification and internationalization.
Sany restarted Ningxiang Industrial Park
Rooted: the "Township" of "Ning"

Transformation: "Intelligence" leads the future
In recent years, Ningxiang High-tech Zone has adhered to innovation-driven, increased innovation policy guidance, strengthened the support of high-end talents, improved public services for science and technology, and made the "main and special" industries better and stronger.
Since 2019, Sany has carried out intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation in an all-round way, and vigorously promoted the construction of intelligent "lighthouse factories". Sany tower crane is one of the "lighthouse factories", the project adopts a fully automatic production process, the use of the Internet of Things big data platform, is expected to be off the assembly line every 11 minutes a finished product standard section.
In 2020, Sany Heavy Lift began to carry out intelligent transformation of the old plant. In April this year, Sany Heavy Lift's "5G + Industrial Internet Truck Crane Factory Application Scenario" project was successfully selected as the first batch of "5G + Industrial Internet" demonstration factories in Hunan Province.
In the past ten years, Sany has grown from an initial annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan to an annual output value of 15.3 billion yuan in 2020, becoming the first enterprise in Ningxiang with an output value of over 10 billion yuan and a tax payment of more than 400 million yuan.
