According to reports, through the automatic assembly of core components and the high integration of workstations, the digital factory has increased the production capacity per unit area by 1.34 times, and can produce a host in 2.5 hours, which can achieve an annual output of 1,000 large megawatt wind turbines, which can meet the installed demand of wind power in the central and southwestern regions.

At the same time, Sany Renewable Energy has built the largest single wind turbine blade production workshop in Asia in Shaoshan, with a production flow length of nearly 600 meters, which can accommodate 12 sets of molds for simultaneous production, and can produce 3,000 wind turbine blades per year.

The digital factory in Shaoshan also uses innovative technologies such as digital twins, machine learning, and industrial vision to create an innovative brain, replacing manual work with large-area machinery and equipment, and shortening the average construction period of a single 100-meter-level blade from more than 40 hours to more than 30 hours.

In recent years, Hunan Province has focused on the innovation and development needs of the wind power field, continuously made efforts in the research and development of wind power technology and equipment, and a number of breakthrough achievements have been implemented one after another, and it is expected that by 2030, the proportion of new energy installed capacity in the province will reach 36%.
