Peng Haibing, head of Sany Renewable Energy Shaoshan Blade Factory: On the flat plate, from the parameters of each unit of production, from temperature and humidity to torque, to the roughness of grinding, the data can be reflected in real time in 360 degrees without dead ends, so that we can do real-time monitoring and lean management.

The staff told reporters that the blades, as the core components of the fan, directly affect the power generation performance and the reliability of the whole life cycle of the fan, and its cost also accounts for 20%~30% of the total cost of the unit.

The digital meta platform, through digital and intelligent upgrading, allows the factory to have a "smart brain", which ensures the safety and reliability of the whole life cycle of blades from the source.

In the whole factory, through the robot and laser guidance technology, many processes such as automatic grinding of blade surface, automatic painting of large areas, and automatic delivery of materials on demand have been realized, which has reduced product defects by 20% and shortened delivery time by more than 30%.
